Week of 17th to 24th October 2020
Another week of outstanding music from the month of October. The week started off with “Future” which serves as an OST for the KDrama ‘Start Up’ and features all 5 members of Red Velvet coming back together in almost a year. Seventeen kept up the high-energy jive sound with their latest comeback “Home;Run” while LOONA served us the catchiest tune of the year with “Why Not”. Mamamoo got the party started with “Dingga” getting us all in the funky mood and bringing choreography that we all instantly bonded to. This week also brought female soloists to the front of the stage with Alexa coming back with “Revolutionary” and well as and well as Yezi rocking with her signature flow on “Mimew”. This week also saw a number of Japanese releases but one to note was Stray Kids bursting onto the charts with their first Japanese mini album and its incredible title track “All In”. A week full of high energy hits and exciting comebacks, October continues to be a top-class
month of releases.
